After you download install it and reboot your PC. Q: When trying to run ArmA, I am receiving something about D3DX9_30, what should I do? A: This is a Graphical Card Issue, you will need to download the latest version of DirectX. SprocketIDeA Purchases FAQ: Q: After purchasing from sprocketidea.com I try to run ArmA’s install file but receive “ArmAEng.exe is not a valid Windows 32 Application” what can I do? A: “ArmAEng.exe is not a valid Windows 32 Application” is an error that happens during file transfer. You will need to contact Support and they provide you with solution so may enjoy ArmA. Q: I purchased ArmA online from sprocketidea.com, and I have not yet received my CD Key, what should I do? A: Your CD Key is sent to you after purchase, however sometimes it gets lost along the way. Go to SprocketIDeA sign up for an account if you have not done so yet. After you second login your CD Key should be listed. If it is not listed please contact our Support. Q: I purchased ArmA online from sprocketidea.com, now after installing the game I am prompted for an activation code, where would I find that? A: Your activation code was given to you after your purchase from SprocketIDeA, however at the time it was labeled your Purchase Reference Number, and License Holder Name.
